From Winchester, we visited Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Windsor Castle, and Highclere Castle

Winchester… an ancient city that served as the residence of Anglo-Saxon kings
Aquae Sulis - The Waters of Sulis
Of course, we had to visit the sight that put this city on the map.
Amboise 🇫🇷 & Loire Valley
Amboise has been a lovely place to visit and explore the Loire Valley

Our two final châteaux here in the Loire Valley were extraordinary

Chenonceau, the name alone conjures a romantic vision of what a château should look like in France.

Annette and I were both very excited to visit this beautiful chateau here in Amboise.

We enjoyed our tour of this chateau and spent the better part of the day exploring the house and gardens
